This message is for customers on Unifone's DSL (copper phone line) broadband services.
The DSL network reaches you through Chorus's copper network from roadside cabinets in your local area. In many cases these cabinets are offline due to the mains power outage situation.
Although you may have mains power at your place, the cabinets need to be online for your connection to work. If you want to check the status of the Chorus network in your area, please visit https://www.chorus.co.nz/help/tools/internet-outages-map and enter your address.
If there are no outages listed for your area, please give us a call and we'll help you out.
