Plan speeds refer to peak download and upload speed; all Unifone WiFi plans come free of data caps. All business plans come with one static IP address. Installation charges are due within seven days of set up. All prices include GST and are listed in New Zealand dollars (NZD).
If you are moving into a property that already has a working Unifone WiFi connection capable of supporting the plan you select no connection charge will apply. You may have to purchase a WiFi router for $99 if one has not been left at the property. These routers provide basic WiFi and internet capability. You can choose to provide your own or we can sell you a router suitable for your requirements.
Charges may apply to reinstate damaged Unifone equipment before service can be given.
If the contract is terminated early, the customer can return the router supplied for the contract period to receive a 50% credit on the termination fee. The router must be in good working condition and returned with required accessories e.g., power supply. The customer is responsible for returning the router at their expense.

Unifone's Hyperfibre service is available on the Chorus UFB network across NZ. Hyperfibre services require a router with WAN interfaces that operate above Gigabit. These are available by quote from Unifone. The connection of Hypefibre to your premises may require a change of your Chorus equipment. Call us for more details.
DSL is subject to availability from service wholesaler. Connection speed is dependent on distance and line conditions between your location and wholesaler’s network.
All DSL services sold on a 12 month contract. Free router and free standard installation where suitable network infrastructure exists in supplier network and your premises. Conditions apply.
