Unifone standard and mobile terms and conditions apply. Service is provided through the Mobile Network provided by Digital Island and is for SMS, Voice and Broadband data. Unifone does not provide support for handsets or any handset app.
Customers must supply their own compatible Smartphone handsets. Residential customers using this service must pay by direct debit. Mobile phone services can be bundled with eligible Unifone residential and business broadband connections.
Excludes calls to premium and special numbers (e.g. 0900) and roaming. Excludes SMS to short codes and SMS sent from and to roaming devices. Excludes MMS (e.g. picture messaging) and non-data video calling.
Mobile services must be on an account with a full-rate broadband service valued at $79 p/month or greater.
The mobile service is subject to a 12-month term per mobile number.
A 30-day notice period is required for canceling the Unifone mobile service, and a $99 early termination fee is applicable if cancellation occurs during the contract period.
