1. Plan speeds refer to peak download/upload speeds; all Unifone WiFi and UFB WiFi plans come free of data caps. Installation charges are due within seven days of set up. All prices include GST and are listed in New Zealand dollars (NZD).
2.Installation charge is $199 for a one year contract. Free router will be supplied, if required, and remains the property of Unifone until the customer has completed a 12-month term at a single property. The installation charge remains the same, irrespective of the customer’s router requirements. Courier charges will apply, if required.
3. If you are moving into a property that already has a working Unifone WiFi connection no connection charge will apply. You may have to purchase a WiFi router for $99 if one has not been left at the property. Charges may apply to reinstate damaged Unifone equipment before service can be given.
4. If the contract is terminated early, the customer can return the router supplied for the contract period to receive a 50% credit on the termination fee. The router must be in good working condition and returned with required accessories e.g., power supply. The customer is responsible for returning the router at their expense.
5.Unifone broadband services may not work if the mains power fails at your address. If this happens you may not be able to call 111 from any landline phone connected to the Unifone service.
