Plan speeds refer to peak download/upload speed, and are PIR (Peak Information Rate). All Unifone WiFi and UFB WiFi plans come free of data caps. All business plans come with one static IP address. All prices include GST and are listed in New Zealand dollars (NZD).

Standard $249 installation on a 12-month contract. Free entry-level router will be supplied, if required, and remains the property of Unifone until the customer has completed a 12-month contract term at a single property. The installation charge remains the same, irrespective of the customer’s router requirements. Courier charges will apply, if required. Installation charges are due within seven days of set up.
If the contract is terminated early, an early termination fee (ETF) of $199 will apply.

CIR (Committed Information Rate) is calculated at 20% of your plan speed. Additional CIR can be added at $8/Mbps.

Unifone broadband services may not work if the mains power fails at your address. If this happens you may not be able to call 111 from any landline phone connected to the Unifone service.
