Unifone Supporting Te Whare Puāwai o Tokomairaro Inc Charitable Trust

Te Whare Puāwai o Tokomairaro in Milton

Unifone supports Te Whare Puāwai o Tokomairaro Inc Charitable Trust with free WiFi. Based in Milton. Te Whare Puāwai o Tokomairaro provides a house that is an anchor to the local Milton community and a hub of activity.

The house provides a place where whanau and community groups can hold birthday parties, celebrations, hire the facilities and facilitate workshops. A lot of work has gone into the community facility for whānau in Milton, and it’s becoming a central point for events, wānanga, and other kaupapa Māori activities.

Unifone is proud to be supporting an organisation that is giving back to the local Milton community. We know a lot of charitable trusts rely heavily on outside funding, support from local businesses or funding grants. Unifone are happy to be able to help such a great organisation putting in the mahi (work) to support the local community.

Tess Potae says,

Honestly, Unifone are simply the best and Te Whare Puāwai o Tokomairaro Inc Charitable Trust are so blessed to receive sponsorship from Unifone.

Glenn approached me after our charitable trust made pricing enquiries. He proceeded to inform us that Unifone would love nothing more than to support and sponsor a not-for-profit community organization.

From there, we had an easy, clear installation. We’ve been very well looked after with guest free WiFi and two secure networks for service providers and community groups who hire the venue, as well as making sure our office network is safe, secure and efficient. Our guests always comment on how lucky they are to receive free WiFi that is on a safe and secure network. It's definitely a drawcard for anybody hiring the venue.

Unifone are professional, friendly, and bring community-minded business way of thinking. The fact that they care about their small local rural communities is an added bonus. Travis, Glenn and the Unifone whānau are down to earth, family and community-oriented people, it's so humbling to be around and involved with such a business.

I would absolutely recommend Unifone. In fact, I have switched to Unifone at home for that more personal and professional level of service.”
